We try to ship your product within 1-2 working days. If this product is custom made, it may take a little longer. In that case, we will always indicate how long this will take for your order.

THINKING TIME

After receiving your product you have 14 days to change your mind. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the product can be returned within 14 days. The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense.

RETURN

Do you want to return a product? This can be done like this:

1. Register your return by email and state which product it concerns.
2. Include your contact details in the email
3. Send to smellandspice@gmail.com
4. Products can only be returned in their original packaging.
5. Return within 14 days of receipt.
6. Both the costs and the risk of shipping are for your own account in the event of a return.
7. If the return shipment is damaged or not in its original condition, it will not be processed and will be returned.
8. If your returned return package is lost in the post, you must be able to prove the Track & Trace code.
9. If this is not demonstrable, no refund can be made.
10. Unfortunately, products that have been specially customized cannot be returned.
11. Refund within 2-3 working days after the return has been received by us.
12. Unfortunately, specially customized products cannot be returned.
